In this module we will look at the development of strong management committees that are founded on recognised good practice in the voluntary sector.
We will also examine the broader issues of good governance and practice including strategies for managing and minimising conflict between management committees and staff.
This session has been specifically developed with small community and voluntary organisations in mind.
